THE MUST HAVES:

- HAVE the ability to travel with a Current passport

- MUST show that you are an experienced Litigator, such as producing a Pleading that you authored and the Courts Judgment in a Case that you acted in
- MUST have the willingness to undergo our standard A Program pre-entry assessment to get a Job Interview before our Panel of Senior Executives

This is a post where YOU will report to Chief Counsel. You will be assigned to Billing Enforcement litigation officially, but also be the Aid to handle the work overflow of the Chief Counsel. Your age should be above 65 and below 85 (or thereabouts) although that is not important - but your cognizance and experience to us is.
Our Chief Counsel, a New Zealander who comes from a Law Enforcement and Prosecution background, is renowned for being on call out, to fly into jurisdictions for Legal "Trouble Shooter Assignments" that Local Lawyers won’t touch. Such as legally shutting down a National Bank at a South American Country which was refusing withdrawals to their Customers. Do you see yourself as the Prodigy of the “Chief” - as our Lawyers call him?
Your work at Billing Enforcement is to go after those who use and abuse the unique and talented services of Pro Law but don’t want to pay for what they contracted to pay, but instead now want a litigator to arrange their early funeral, meant Colloquially and certainly Legally. All of Pro Law service contracts include choice of Law provisions before the Court of Competence at New Zealand.
REMUNERATION:
The offer is to received a percentage of World Wide PB (Paid Billings) known amongst Lawyers as BSD (Billing Share Distribution) , which is not regularly on time, but its massive when it does arrive, which we prefer, to get you better remunerated. But we can talk about a Retainer, if you want to be far less remunerated. Being internationally assigned, remuneration can legitimately be paid off shore controlled by you, drawable via VISA Card at the ATM, shopping plus you may online drawn down to your NZ account as you see fit. We merely give you the link and you online apply personally.
PRE-ENTRANCE:
Colloquially, if you have the brain, more gain with less pain. The same when joining the Police or Fire Brigade, our Lawyers undergo the Pre-Entrance Assessment program known as the A Program. The Application for this is attached if you want to gain more in life. Upon completion and submission of that application, shall be indicative of your wish to apply.
