REPRESENTATION

A) TO QUALIFY FOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

Persons who believe they can prove justified grievances against membership schemes, MLMs, Investment Companies or others, and believe they have been cheated or wronged, are eligible to join CLUB LEGAL. They will be referred to as “Members”.

B) WHAT TO PAY?

There is an annual membership Fee payable to be a member Club Legal, which is only USD$600 per year and no more, for as long as it takes for the Club to help the Member to WIN. Only after winning is a percentage of the settlement proceeds due to the Member, as ordered by the Court or settled out of Court. 10% to 20% of what is ordered/settled is payable to the Club. This Percentage is confirmed, after the Club know more about the case, albeit the minimum is 10%.

The USD$600 is a NON-REFUNDABLE annual Club Membership fee, AND NOT A LEGAL FEE and Club Legal reserves the right to pre-announce any increase of its Membership Fees only for others that later join and not existing paid up Members. Presently, it is at the lowest rate of only USD$600. To be clear, the USD$600 is a Club Membership fee. The General Counsel, an International Consultancy retained for Club Legal will work on a Pro Bono basis and don’t receive any Legal Fees until after Members WIN. No Win, No fees!

C) SO, WHY A CLUB?

Under Class Action Law the Court must first approve ONE ENTITY that will stand in for the many that are bringing the same claim against the one Defendant, which could be thousands of people claiming.
As the Court will obviously NOT allow more or less than a thousand people in the Court room at one time, therefore, providing you are a paid up Member of Club Legal, when the Club WIN, many others also WIN, and that’s the only time the Law Consultancy receive the said percentage of any payable order made by the court, only after Member’s WIN first.

D) WHAT ABOUT LANGUAGE?

The Language must always be ENGLISH, but if Members don’t know English, Members may at their own expense use translation services. CLUB LEGAL do not accept any responsibility for any differences in other Language meanings as ENGLISH (and its meanings, as interpreted by the current Concise Oxford Dictionary at the time), shall always be final.

E) DO MEMBERS ATTEND COURT?

Possibly “Yes”, but most likely “No”. Only in special circumstances where the Court wants to hear from a particular Club Member, such as a leader or such like. Not all the hundreds or thousands of Claimants need to attend Court for the exact same claim against the same Defendant.

F) OK SO I JOIN THE CLUB TODAY, WHEN DO I NEXT HEAR FROM YOU?

Upon receipt of membership fees, Club Legal will within 48 hours, send a “Don’t Reply” email to the new Member and attach a standard letter signed by a partner in the Law Consultancy that acts as General Counsel for what is by then the new Member’s Club.

The Lawyers will assign a Legal Officer (LO) to be the Case Handling Person. This LO will be in touch with the member soon but no longer than 21 working days from receipt of the membership fee. Given the volume of Claimants involved, the Consultancy seeks new Member’s understanding on timelines since many hundreds of Members need to be dealt with.
The law consultancy has a Case Update system at its website, where you simply put in your Club Membership Number (Coming to you 48 hours from receipt of membership fees) and this will allow you to get instant updates on your case. This update system is now undergoing maintenance and will be fully operational after 31st August 2025 and meanwhile your LO will keep you updated by email.

H) HOW ABOUT ANY OUT OF POCKET COSTS?

Minimal Out of Pocket Costs (OPC) maybe payable by individual Members, in cases where the Club or Consultancy need you to Swear an Affidavit before a Lawyer at a Member’s Home Country (which the Member’s assigned LO will prepare).
Upon swearing an Affidavit this is the Instrument that could satisfy the Court for a Member NOT to attend Court, but that is still up to the Court and not the Club or Legal Consultancy.
But as mentioned at E above, as a witness attending Court (although most unlikely) hence related OPC for that will be at the Member’s expense. The Member pays that directly to the payees (the people providing the service), and not to the Law Consultancy or Club Legal.

CLUB LEGAL: WHO WE CAN HELP

• People who are part of a group of people who have been aggrieved by a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business, Airline, Insurance Company, Investment House etc.
• Web-sites that report on improper or dubious MLM schemes like “Behind MLM”
• Disgruntled former Members of an MLM scheme – particularly where they have lost money, not been paid commissions, or “cheated” in some way
• MLM schemes which look like or are an illegal Pyramid or Ponzi scheme
  Any Group scheme where the population within the scheme have been wronged and suffered loss in some way
