Pro Law is an International Consultancy with lawyers in many countries working for and on behalf of registered companies. Pro Law does not and cannot represent in court a “person”. Advise
The Client’s business effectively has its own Lawyer on board - with ongoing advice on tap and readily available, thus enhancing the credibility of the organization, whether it is an International legitimate MLM, Shipping Co, or Oil Co etc, looking after corporate and legal affairs worldwide.
Prevent
Prevention is better than Cure! Sorry but Pro Law never comes to rescue, but just prevent the need to be rescued from happening in the first place.
Protect
Encroaching dangers in business can be costly. The Pro Law inhouse Legal professional is there to know what awaits the business around the corner and stands to shield the client when needed.
HOW IT WORKS
Pro Law meet face to face or on Zoom with the company’s Beneficial Owners or Directors to reach acceptance standards. Fees are discussed only at this first meeting. The first meeting is absolutely FREE.
- If Pro Law accept the business and its owners as a client, and the owners are happy with Pro Law, a retainer agreement is signed between the parties, with an acceptance fee payable to get Pro Law started, which is invoiced to the business after signing.
- Then an economical monthly flat rate retainer fee is then paid at the end of every month. This rate is reviewable once Pro Law have been on board for 6 months and got the feel of things in relation to the actual workload involved.
- From that point the company can benefit from the reputational uplift achieved when word gets out that the business has lawyers on board thereby enhancing the credibility and legality of your company.
