LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY (LPOA) AND OUR PROCESSING TIMELINES

The price for the Bonze level is USD$25,000.  Silver and Gold levels to be quoted on application

THE LPOA:

  1. We prepare a LPOA appointing the Legal Officer (LO) in our firm assigned to build your SafeESTATE. This LPOA will only give our LO the following powers, to enable the LO to cut through Process quickly.
  2. Power to sign applications forms to open your Off Shore TEPF, OSC .
  3. Power to complete & sign OSB account opening application forms and Board resolution, on behalf of your new OSC or TEPF, as needed by most Banks.
  4. Power to sign Application Forms for any Visa/Master Debit Card Application Forms and other related forms.
  5. Other forms needed by the Bank or the Off Shore Register of Companies, to be signed only related to your SafeESTATE.
  6. Other forms that the Government, Banks or Registered Govt Agents forms to enable the creation of your SafeESTATE.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All forms signed by your assigned LO on your behalf are copied to your email.
  • We SHALL NOT sign any Bank Specimen Signature Card/forms nor any other instrument giving us control over your SafeESTATE or Bank accounts. That’s for you only.
  • The LPOA automatically expires after 6 months from date of its signing.

PROCESSING TIME LINES:

OSC/TEPF set up, and OSB accounts opened

BRONZE = 21 Working Days

SILVER = 60 Working Days

GOLD = 90 Working Days

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Time starts from Deposit Paid and Receipt of CTC’s of your KYC’s and other Needed Documents. You will be notified of the Start Date.
  2. If changes are needed, such as, The Articles of your OSC need to be amended to suit your business Model and approved by Govt, add 14 working days.
  3. These Time lines are applicable only if there is a LPOA used.
  4. The above time lines are also conditional to Clients responding to our Email/Tex communications to them within 2 working days. Days beyond 2 working days are added to the Time lines above.

  • TEPF=Foundation
  • OSC = Off Shore Company
  • KYCs = Proof of ID and Address
  • OSB=Off Shore Bank
  • CTC = Certified True Copies.
