What is SafeESTATE?
SafeESTATE is a legitimate way to enable clients manage their assets in a highly tax efficient and confidential manner.
Pro Law uses offshore jurisdictions and corporate structures providing the client with legitimate anonymity and financial power.
There are three levels of SafeESTATE - Bronze, Silver and Gold

Who is SafeESTATE for?
- Legitimate business operators
- Commission based intermediaries or brokers
- Celebrities
- Lottery Winners
- People who have inherited a sizeable estate, or those who want to protect their estate for their family
- Those living in countries that have devaluing currencies and/or deteriorating economies
In essence, high net worth individuals, however legally and properly achieved, who want to become legitimately “invisible” whilst still maintaining control over their affairs in a financially secure location.
BRONZE
The Bronze level is for those who have won the lottery, or received an inheritance or have earned a significant commission payment, or whose business has had an exceptional year, or another one off type event, and wants to make sure that this money is kept secure and managed in the most tax efficient manner.
What’s involved for Bronze?
In this instance Pro Law would set up an Offshore Company (OSC) with an associated Offshore Bank Account (OSBA) in the OSC’s name. The OSBA includes Online Banking and Debit card use.

Clients can upgrade to Silver or Gold in due course as and when required.
The price for Bronze level is USD$25,000.
SILVER
The Silver level is for those people who want to start using and taking advantage of a comprehensive offshore structure for all new and future business. Existing businesses are left as they are within their current country and associated taxation regime. This comes with the added benefit of anonymity if so desired.
What’s involved for Silver?
- Set up a Private Foundation or Trust with a Founder, founding Trustee (Pro Law), and Beneficiaries. The Private Foundation or Trust is not liable for Taxes legally (pending jurisdiction) as its income is from donations
- Pro Law make sure the Client, Spouse and Children of legal Age all have a Last Will and Testament (LWAT) which Pro Law prepare if they don’t already have LWATs. Particularly if the Client selects the Anonymity service, Pro Law as Lawyers need to gain Client privilege and sensitive information from the Client to enable the job to be done properly for their benefit.
- Inside the SafeESTATE, Pro Law build Offshore Companies (OSCs) that can fit under the Private Foundation (PF). The OSCs can be wholly owned by the PF (Optional)
- All of these Offshore entities, such as the PF and OSCs, will have Offshore Bank Accounts for each OSC and PF. Pro Law is an affiliate of most Offshore Banks (OSBs) who are registered under Offshore Bank Laws, and therefore operate quite differently to the local Banks considered to be “normal”.

Clients can upgrade to Gold as and when appropriate or required.
GOLD
The Gold level is for people who want to move all of their current incomes, accounts and business operations to a more tax efficient structure, as well as exploit it for their new business ventures and income streams. This comes with the added benefit of anonymity if required.
What’s involved for Gold?
All of the Silver level plus the Offshore Company (OSC) becomes the Parent company of whatever business enterprise’s you already have in operation. Hence the profits in the existing business enterprises can be sent upwards to the OSC Parent, or better still, have end customers pay their Invoice directly to the Off Shore Parent, via Bank to Bank Transfer.
