ABOUT OUR PRE-HIRING ASSESSMENT “A” PROGRAM
- As the PRO LAW INTERNATIONAL (Pro Law) Legal Officer works with very unique products, Pro Law past history reveals that even Veteran Lawyers and other experienced professionals have failed to make the grade, due to their lack of Product and Marketing Knowledge. Yes, Legal Officers at Pro Law can earn very well, but they need to have that special ability of being able to learn new things quickly.
- If you are coming to work for Pro Law, for the security of a good Salary package and job conditions, if that’s all you want, you have come to the wrong place and should not continue your application. The highest monthly income that a Legal Officer has taken home to date was USD$1.2M from one successfully processed case. Such numbers are NOT Promised nor represented to you, as the ability to earn such income rests within YOU only. This job is more about personal ability and not about doing what all Lawyers can do.
- The Legal Officer hiring process is as follows: To get you into the feel of things, first there is The Assignment Program (The A Program), where you are given 4 assignments to complete, in numerical order: A1 is on Legal Knowledge, A2 is on Product Knowledge, A3 is a test of intelligence, A.4 is on Marketing. The pass-mark is 70/100. Assignments come to you with a Guide on what to do, and you have 14 days to answer and submit each assignment via email. You may apply for an extension WITHIN the 14 day period, giving special circumstances for the Extension. Most do the A program whilst working in their former job, as you are not hired by Pro Law until you pass the interview and are signed with Pro Law.
- If YOU pass the 4 assignments, you are then interviewed by 3 of our partners who assess you on a best out of 10, where a pass mark of 70% (21/30) is needed. If successful, you are contractually signed up as a LO, and then put under a Trainer Supervisor on a chosen product line.
- You DO NOT receive any monthly retainer but you earn BSD which is a larger size remuneration. But you do earn from BSD even whilst under Training. Our BSD far exceeds a monthly salary/retainer. Your on the job Training is for 6 months, but if extended, you must get confirmed as a trained person within no later than 9 months. Anyway, you may give the A Program a try. Nothing lost but much can be gained.
